Welcome to SoapsMaxFit, operated by SoapsMaxFit.vip. By accessing or using SoapsMaxFit services, information products, or goods, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of SoapsMaxFit.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our site.

2. Services

SoapsMaxFit offers hygiene and wellness services, including personalized consultations and group workshops. Service details are provided on our site listings.

3. Information Products

SoapsMaxFit provides digital guides, tutorials, and eBooks on hygiene and wellness topics. Access to these products is granted upon completion of payment.

4. Goods

We sell physical items such as soap bars and hygiene kits. All goods are shipped from our facility in Canada.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Refund requests for services must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Approved refunds of payment are issued to the original payment source within ten business days. Late cancellations may be eligible for credit toward future services at the same service level.

Certain premium consultations require a non-refundable commitment due to resource booking. This is noted on the service description and confirmed at checkout.

5.2 Information Products

Information products may be tested for access issues. If a product is defective or cannot be accessed, we will review the case and, if warranted, issue a full refund of payment within seven days of the purchase date.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be exchanged if proven defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us within five days of receipt. Once verified, an exchange is arranged. A refund of payment for goods is offered only if an exchange is not possible.

6. Rescheduling of Services

Clients may reschedule service appointments at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduled services must occur within 60 days of the original date. Late requests may incur an additional fee.
